The Hybrid Timber Door Manufacturing Process

The door panels themselves are made from laminated timber, which means that the panel goes through a process of being cut into slices before being glued back together. This process strengthens the timber and prevents any warping or twisting.

The outer door frames are manufactured using a ridged aluminium core with either a quality hardwood capping or a woodgrain uPVC effect.

Finally, the doors are fitted with high-quality secure ironmongery and weather seals.
